No returns or refunds for change of mind once order is placed. Please contact Teggun directly via the Contact Page if you have any concerns regarding your purchase. If you receive a product that is the wrong size or faulty, please contact within 24 hours of receiving your order for instructions on how to progress.

Non Refundable Original Artwork & Limited Edition Prints

We do not offer returns or refunds on original artwork or commissioned artwork. All commissions are created as an interpretation of the client brief. Colours and details will vary as each piece is an original one-of-a-kind work of art.

We do not offer returns or refunds on art prints as these are made to order and individually printed through a print specialist before being sent directly to the client. 

Non Refundable Pre Order Fabric

Please ensure you double (and then triple!) check your orders before purchasing. As all of our fabrics are printed to order, we unfortunately cannot process refunds or accept returns for any ordering errors or change of mind.

The printing of custom designed fabric is quite a complex process so you may come across a fault occasionally. Teggun Ashleigh Fabrics are checked multiple times throughout the process, but the odd fault may get missed. Please check your orders thoroughly when they arrive. You have 6 weeks from the date of delivery to you to report any fault in your fabric. If you do receive fabric that has a fault, please contact us and we will be happy to discuss your options.

Alternatively, if you are no longer wanting to use the fabric you have purchased, you can post a destash ad on our private FB community.

Faulty, Damaged or Lost Items

If your purchase has been damaged in transit, please photograph the packaging, as well as photographing the damaged product inside and email photographs to hello@teggunashleigh.com with your concerns.

Artist Teggun Ashleigh will not be held responsible for items proven lost in transit.
